In – Process Training Policies

1. Training will start from 9.30am and estimated to finish on 5pm daily. Punctuality is important that any reasons for     late coming must be informed to TS Exim Sdn Bhd or trainer on duty.
2. Free sitting arrangement.
3. The training fees must have paid on the first day of training by cash, cheque or credit card.
4. Trainee would required to bring along their own stationery, pendrive (at least 128Mb or above), keylock and     labtop (bring own keylock or labtop only if being request or necessary).

Cancellation Policies

1. If happen that trainee is unable to attend training as stated on registration form, the authorize person of trainee     or trainee itself is responsible to call up TS Exim Sdn Bhd a week before training started.
2. TS Exim Sdn Bhd will fax the cancellation form and new registration form to customer. The company authorize     person would need to fill in the cancellation form and select the new training date, fax and return to TS Exim Sdn     Bhd.
3. Call off/ put off can be done only once for FOC.
4. The second and following times will incur administration charges of RM50.
5. Training will be reserve to new customers for first priority; first come first serve is not valid for cancellation     procedure.
6. Both cancellation and new registration forms must be return to TS Exim Sdn Bhd through fax.
