Technical Tips for Window Vista
After the installation of InteriCad6000, we must:-
Right click on each of the InteriCad6000 icon and select “properties”
Then click on the “Compatibility” section.
Next, tick on the RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR box.
And lastly, click “apply” or “ok”.

If a mapping of a material cannot be drag into any 3D surfaces, we should:-
Go to my computer, select on “Control Panel”
Next find the“User Account” options, and double click it.
Then, choose the turn off/on the user administration options.
Once inside, un-tick the box to turn off the user account administration option.
Restart the pc.

KDMax V4.0/V3.0
After the installation of KDMax V4.0/V3.0, we must:-
Right click on each of the KDMax V4.0/V3.0 icon and select “properties”
Then click on the “Compatibility” section.
Next, tick on the RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR box.
And lastly, click “apply” or “ok”.

Note: Only Window Vista is required to do the above settings. If you are using window XP, it won’t be necessary.

This steps is for windows XP

If there is an error pop-up while trying to run KDMax V4.0/V3.0, try the following steps:-
Right click on the KDMax V4.0/V3.0 icon and click on “properties”
Select the “compatibility” section
Tick on the “Run This Program in Compatibility Mode For” and choose Windows 98/windows ME

This step is for all operating system.
The Virtual Reality (3D) suddenly turns grey and hangs. (Occurrence problem)
A file or a folder will be sent by the technical support
Do the following steps:-
Download and save that file or folder onto the desktop
Then copy the file or folder and paste it into C:\  Intericad6000\  vr  \  system

This should solve the problem.

If any InteriCADs or KDMax failed to launch after double click
If this is the case, do the following steps:-
Right click at the launching icon (either InteriCAD or KDMax), then select “Properties”
Then, search for “compatibility” section
Next, Tick on the “Run This Program in Compatibility Mode For” and choose any mode to launch it.
Lastly, click on apply and launch the program again.
