Q. Why does the software if the key lock is damaged or lost, what can I do?

A.   As mentioned, the key is to ensure and enhance the security of InteriCAD software and to prevent the risk of piracy version. Users must take good care of their own key, if the key is damaged (excluding damages caused by misuse, accidents or modifications to the product) within three months from the date of purchase, it will be replaced free of charge. After three months, a basic cost will be charged for the replacement. But if it is lost, users may need to purchase a new set of software.

Q. Can I install InteriCAD on several computers using only 1 license?

A.   A key is needed for a single license. The key lock is used for running the program. Therefore, you can install the software in several computers, but the key lock only works in one computer at a time. If you have more than one user, you can consider buying more licenses.

Q. What about training? Where do you conduct the training class?

A.   The training will be conduct at our training centre which located at Klang, Our training will be 5 days, and training charges applies. If you are busy with your work, you may also enroll to our new training schedule where we will separate the training into 2 different sessions. First session will be 2 days basic training, and the second session will be another 3 days for intermediate training which held 2 – 3 weeks after the first session’s training.

Q. Can I request on-site training, because my staffs are too busy with their works?

A.   We will normally advice the customers get the training at our training centre, because if we go for on-site training, customer will lost their concentration as there will be many works to do. Besides, there will be slightly higher charges for on-site training.

Q. How long will it take to learn InteriCAD?

A.   InteriCAD is a user-friendly software. It only takes up 5 days for personnel to learn the software, and after that just one more week for practice.

Q. Is the software compatible with other 3D software?

A.   Yes, generally InteriCAD modeling file is saved under .DWG extension. It is a very common files that supported by a lots of 3D software.

Q. Are they any updates for 3D models library?

A.   The Library is one of the key selling points in InteriCAD. There are more than 5000 well-selected models in the library including furniture, sanitary ware, home appliances and others. Most of the models are from furniture manufacturers in worldwide. Updates for the library are typically offered every three to six months.

Q. What about update version? How frequent will you update your software?

A.   We do update the software once in every 2 years in order to allow our users to enjoy the updated technology that invented by our developer. Meanwhile, cost of update will not be as expensive as other software does.

Q. How about the detail drawing? Can the software produce detail drawing automatically?

A.   For some drawing yes, by just one click the software can produce a detailed drawing for all the walls. But for some other detailed drawing you will still need to draw it manually.
