    > Unique approach in design problem solving and practical use of materials.
     
  2. Creativity
    > An effective concept that answers or exceeds the project objectives/ brief/ requirements quality in design detailing and construction.
  1. Space Planning
    > Intelligent usage of space and spatial organization.
  1. Aesthetics
    > The overall outcome of the combinative use of artifacts, materials and interior concepts.
  1. Colour
    > Compatibility of colour scheme into the interior space and concept.
 
Kitchen Category
 
  1. Degree of Innovation
  • Is the design new?
  • Is it radically different from existing products?
  • Is there innovative use of existing technology or new technology?
  1. Marketability
  • What is the potential of the product for commercialization?
  • Does it appeal to the market which it was designed for?
  • How well is the design and its detailed resolved?
  • What is the degree of emotional appeal?
  1. Functionality
  • Does the concept fulfill all requirements of handling, usability and safety?
  • Does it fulfill the need of the function?
  1. Environment
  • Was it over-designed?
  • Innovative use of recycled products/ materials?
 
 
Judging Process

Preliminary Judging

  • All participating projects will be judge and being shortlisted separately from each countries.
  • Shortlisted projects will be displayed during the night of the Award Ceremony.

 

Final Judging

  • Shortlisted projects from each countries will be compile and judge by International panel of judges.
  • Winners from shortlisted entries will be announced on the night of the Award Ceremony
