Terms and Conditions for Taking the CID Exam:

1. The candidate should complete “CID Examination Registration Form,” and return the form by fax: 03-33420908 / email: tsexim@ts-exim.com. In case this document has not been received, please request this form through the same fax number and e-mail address.

2. The details provided by you when registering are important. You must ensure they are true and accurate and inform us of any changes in the information you provided when registering.

3. The CID Examination registration fees of RM 100 is not refundable.Payment is to be made at the point of registration for the CID Examination.

4. The registration will be processed, and in case all documentation is accepted, the candidate will be notified two days prior to the exam date.Please contact TS Training Centre Sdn Bhd Customer Support to confirm your registration status at any time at 03-33420900.

5. In case of the candidates cancelling the exam, no refunds will be made. All cancellation or rescheduling requests will incur a RM 50 cancellation fee or rescheduling fee.

6. TS Training Centre Sdn Bhd uses the term "reschedule" to indicate a candidate who has already signed up for a future exam, and wishes to change the date or time of the exam. You must contact TS Training Centre Sdn Bhd Customer Support at 03-33420900. Requests by email to tsexim@ts-exim.com or by fax to 03-33420908 are also acceptable. The request must include the following information:

I) Candidate Name & Company Name II) Original exam date(s) iii) New date(s) you wish to attend IV) Payment of the rescheduling fee.

7. If more candidates register for an exam than a location can accommodate, TS Training Centre Sdn Bhd will accept registrations on a first come first-served basis, determined by the date that TS Training Centre Sdn Bhd receives payment in full for exam fees.

8. TS Training Centre Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any exam 10 days in advance if attendance is insufficient. In this case, TS Training Centre Sdn Bhd 's liability shall be limited to full refund of fees paid.

9. The candidate shall follow the instructions of the supervisor during examination.

10. The exam result will be announced after submitting the exam. Appeals against an examination result will not be considered. In case of failing the CID exam, the candidate will be given a second chance to resit for the exam for free. In the event of failing at the second exam, candidate has the right to sign up again for the exam, following the standard signup procedure and subsequent payment.

11. To be issued a certificate, a candidate must pass the CID exam with a score of 55 or greater.

12. Any intellectual and industrial property, rights to materials, as well as the preparatory material thereof are vested exclusively with TS Training Centre Sdn Bhd.The candidate will keep the material confidential and will not make the information available to any third party whatsoever, whenever, and wherever. The candidate shall not publish the materials or make copies thereof.

13. The candidate is not permitted to remove or change any indication concerning the copyrights or the intellectual property rights of the material, including the statement of confidential nature and nondisclosure of material.

14. TS Training Centre Sdn Bhd reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Terms and Conditions.
