TS Exim's Technical Assistance to the ATC
TS Exim will provide technical support to all ATCs in terms of disability of software functionality and any other problems related to the software. Technical support can be provided through phone, email, fax or on-site technical support.

Access to Product Training Event
ATC sites receive invitations to attend product training events from time to time. TS Exim training courses are conducted by TS Exim training experts on a wide variety of products. The training is held exclusively for TS Exim partners.

As an ATC site, you have direct access to TS Exim product support through the local dealers as well as TS Exim's office. We recommend that ATCs get their direct support from TS Exim’s office to get accurate and on-the-spot information.
